ZONE360 is a functional training space designed for our members of all ages and any fitness level to improve overall health, and grow as a community. In a small group team environment your qualified coach will motivate you to meet and exceed personal fitness goals.
With a variety of classes offered, and the use of the Myzone heart rate monitor as a tool, you will perform cardiovascular and strength training exercises for a total body workout.

ZONE60 is the most efficient combination of strength and cardio exercises that will improve any fitness level. This effective class uses every aspect of ZONE360 to give you a dynamic workout.  60 Min Class



PULSE60 is a strength class that will challenge you to rise to the next level of fitness.  By using a variety of functional training equipment, get ready to see your pulse elevated!  60 Min Class



TRX45 will use the TRX suspension straps to develop total body strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability while improving cardiovascular health.  45 Min Class



STRENGTH30 will challenge your muscles in just 30 minutes! Get ready to sweat as you use a variety of resistance training equipment to result in a stronger, leaner you.  30 Min Class 



BALANCE30 is designed to build balance, flexibility, agility, and improve everyday movement patterns.  30 Min Class


INTRO360 (Free of Charge) 

INTRO360 will introduce you to the equipment and philosophy of ZONE360.  Your coach will demonstrate and guide you through the cardio and strength equipment to build confidence as you move forward with your fitness goals.  30 Min Class







You can sign up 7 days in advance if you have a ZONE360 Unlimited Pass,
72 hours in advance for drop in of $15/class.
You need to cancel online 24 hours prior
to avoid $15 late cancel/no show fee.




The MYZONE belt allows users to track their heart rate, calories, time and MYZONE Effort Points (or MEPs). Whether you are taking a class in the studios, shooting hoops on the courts, running around the track or on a bike in cardio, the MYZONE system accurately and conveniently monitors physical activity using wireless and cloud technology. The MYZONE belts are also compatible with most ANT and analogue technology, including the club's cardio equipment and Garmin watches. Multiple TV screens throughout the club display color-coded heart rate zones to establish a percentage of maximum effort (intensity) based on your heart rate. Every minute of effort above 50% will earn you MEPs:



 How To Get Started:


1. Purchase a MYZONE Belt from the Front Desk, available for $99.
2. Setup your online account, using the unique 7-digit belt serial number and our facility code "WSCUS001".
3. Put on your belt, wait for the beep (indicating a successful connection) and start working out!
4. See data streaming during your workout displayed on the various screens located throughout the club, in cardio, in the studios, inc.
5. Receive summary emails after each workout or login to view recent activity and track progress. You can also download the App to see your results on the go.
6. Setup personal goals or invite others into a competition to keep workouts exciting.
